Meadow Park Basketball is excited to provide Pick Up Runs this fall—a chance for players to sharpen their skills, get valuable game reps, and connect with others in the community. Each session emphasizes in-game decision making and team play, with weekly themes designed to help players discover and refine the roles where they can excel heading into the winter season.

Frequently Asked Questions
What age groups or grade levels are eligible to participate?
Each activity is designed for specific grade levels, which are clearly listed in the program details. We group players based on both age and skill level to ensure each athlete is appropriately challenged and supported.
What skill level is required?
All skill levels are welcome. Some programs are specifically designed for more advanced players; for these programs, we will clearly indicate skill level in the program details. If you’re unsure which program is best for your child, please don’t hesitate to contact us for guidance at info@meadowparkbasketball.com.
What if my child misses a session?
We understand conflicts arise. If your child must miss a session, please notify us in advance. While we can’t guarantee make-ups, we will do our best to accommodate.
Are refunds available?
Refunds are available before the program begins. After the first session, fees are non-refundable except in cases of injury or family emergency. Refund requests should be sent to info@meadowparkbasketball.com.
Are there discounts for siblings?
Families with multiple athletes receive 10% off package registrations for the second (and additional) child. The discount does not apply to drop-ins.
Is financial assistance available?
We believe basketball should be accessible to all and offer a limited number of scholarships. Please contact us to learn more at info@meadowparkbasketball.com.
What should my child bring?
Athletic clothing, basketball, basketball shoes, water bottle, and a positive attitude.
Is insurance required or provided?
We recommend that each participant has personal health insurance. Our program carries liability coverage but does not provide individual medical insurance.
Do I need to sign the liability waiver for each program registration?
Yes. A new liability waiver must be completed for each program and participant to ensure that every session is properly documented and that all participants are covered under our safety and liability policies. You can find it here: online waiver
I’m 18 years old. Do I still need a parent or guardian to sign the liability waiver?
No. Participants who are 18 years old or older can sign their own waiver. Participants under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete the waiver on their behalf.
I didn’t complete the liability waiver when I signed up. Where can I find it now to complete?
You can complete the liability waiver online through the Meadow Park Basketball website. Simply scroll to the footer at the bottom of any page, click the Online Waiver link, and follow the instructions to submit it.
What safety measures are in place?
Coaches are trained in first aid and emergency procedures, as well as abuse prevention. We also maintain on-site first aid kits and emergency contact information for every participant.
Can parents observe sessions?
Yes! Parents are welcome to watch from designated viewing areas as long as it doesn’t distract athletes during training.
